How much does a wedding website cost in Ireland?
Ours are €100 for a single-page site and €150 for the full multi-page version. Both prices include your own domain name, hosting and a security certificate for the first year, and both are fixed and agreed before any work starts. There is nothing else to pay before the wedding, and nothing at all until a year later, when keeping the site online costs €20 a year, cancel any time.
Do I get my own domain name, or a link with your brand on it?
Your own. We register something like sarahandjames.ie or ourwedding2027.com in your names and it is yours, not ours. That is included in the price rather than an upgrade, because a wedding link that reads as a free trial is the one thing couples tell us they wanted to avoid.
How long does it take to build?
Usually about a week from the point where you have sent us the details. If your date is close and you need it faster, say so when you get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
Can guests RSVP through the website?
Yes. Guests reply on the site and the answer arrives in your email straight away. On the full site you can also collect meal choices, dietary requirements, song requests, and whether they need a room, so the information is gathered in one place instead of across texts and messages.
Can I keep the website private?
Yes. We can put a password on the whole site, or only on the pages carrying your address and gift details, and give you a single password to share with your guest list.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You send us the details and the photos, we build it. When something changes, and something always changes, you message us and we make the change. There is no builder to learn and no dashboard to log into.
What happens to the website after the wedding?
It stays online for the rest of the first year, so guests can still find the photos and the thank-yous. After that it is €20 a year to keep the site online and the domain registered, and you can cancel whenever you no longer need it, most couples do once the thank-yous are sent. The domain is in your names either way, so you can also take it elsewhere or let it lapse. Nothing renews until you tell us to, so there is no charge you did not agree to.
Do you build websites for wedding suppliers too?
Yes, but that is a different job and a different price. This page is for couples. If you are a photographer, venue, florist or band looking for a business website, our standard packages start at €399 and are on the pricing page.
